SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carlisle Companies Inc. (NYSE:CSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Bausch as President of Carlisle Fluid Technologies, effective immediately.

Ms. Bausch joins Carlisle from PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) where she served as Vice President of Global Industrial Coatings. While at PPG, she had P&L responsibility for the Industrial Coatings business and led the commercial, product development, safety, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Prior to joining PPG, she worked at Dow Corning Corporation in a variety of marketing, operations, commercial and business leadership positions which included an assignment in Shanghai, China.
Ms. Bausch serves on the Board of Directors of Kraton Corporation (NYSE:KRA), a leading global producer of styrenic block copolymers, specialty polymers and high-value performance products derived from renewable sources.
